  26. the trouble is with your provider.  I frequently have this problem, I
  27. have to use another line to get it to work and sometimes it do not work
  28. at all.  Then I use my text access (with Term) and post them a message
  29. explaining the trouble, they usually fix it fast enough so it is really
  30. their fault.
